    In July, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport will be at 76 percent of its pre-Hurricane Katrina flights, according to statistics LANOIA released today.

    By July, LANOIA will have 123 flights, down 24 percent from pre- Katrina. The figure is up from 122 flights in June.

    Also by July, airlines will fly to 37 cities, down 12 percent from pre-Katrina.

    Today, LANOIA also announced that US Airways will add a nonstop, 134-seat daily flight to Philadelphia in July.

    In June, LANOIA had an increase in daily nonstop flights thanks to three airlines: ExpressJet added a 50-seat flight to Austin, Texas, and a 50-seat flight to San Antonio; Southwest added a 137- seat flight to Dallas; and United added a 70-seat flight to Washington Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Va., and a 156- seat flight to Denver.
